Order Confirmation

To ensure order accuracy and prevent fraudulent transactions, our customer support team may contact you through WhatsApp or the phone number provided during checkout for verification.

Important: Orders may only be processed after successful confirmation. If we are unable to reach you within a reasonable period, your order may be delayed, placed on hold, or canceled.

  • Orders are generally processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during promotional periods may require additional processing time.

  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery times across Pakistan are as follows:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Product Availability

While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels, certain products may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.

  • Orders containing unavailable items may experience slight delays.

Courier & Delivery Guidelines

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are advised to keep the exact payment amount ready to facilitate a smooth delivery process.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • Standard shipping rates start from Rs. 250

  • Additional charges may apply for oversized parcels or remote destinations

The final shipping fee will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

Delivery Issues
